Over the past few weeks, our Novi Sad office had the pleasure of hosting six talented students as part of our Data & Generative AI Internship.

Selected from a large pool of applicants, they quickly proved why they earned their spot. Throughout the program, they showed curiosity, initiative, creativity, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Working alongside our mentors, they gained hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, collaborated on real-world challenges, and experienced what it’s like to be part of a professional IT team. The internship concluded with presentations and live demos of fully functional applications they built during the program. Watching them confidently showcase their work to the entire office was a proud moment for all of us.

Beyond technical skills, we were happy to share our culture, values, and way of working, and even happier to see the impact this experience had on them.

Thank you for your hard work, positive energy, and enthusiasm. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish next. ❤️

Day 10 after AI Code Connect #3 and we're still collecting impressions. Apparently a weekend of building multi-agent AI systems leaves people with a lot to process.

48 of our engineers. 8 teams. 3 days in Skopje. Pizza, late-night debugging, and a stack most companies still read about in blog posts: LangGraph, LiteLLM, LangFuse, MCP, Streamlit, Gemini, SnapLogic.

No client deadlines. No KPIs. Just space to build, break things, learn from each other, and ship something real by Sunday evening.

This is the third edition. We keep doing it because it's the kind of weekend you remember, and because the people who show up always leave with something new.

This role is for someone who can connect the dots between clients, delivery teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects move forward with clarity, quality, and measurable business value.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, oversee delivery timelines, handle risks, and drive continuous improvement across complex IT environments.

That's a wrap on AI: Che Prajme Muabet.

One evening at Shisham Bar in Prilep. Four talks. Eight engineers who actually build the things they came to talk about. No corporate slides read out loud, no buzzwords, just honest conversations about what works and what breaks.

Cvetanka Eftimoska and Simona Kolevska Boceska opened with Pipelines, Prompts and Panic, on what data engineering really looks like in the middle of the AI gold rush.
Keti S. Anastasoska and Kristijan Momiroski followed with The Hidden Dangers Behind npm install, the kind of talk every frontend developer should hear at least once.
Sara Koleska took us From Conversation to Ex*****on with Agentforce in Salesforce.
Marko Chrlinoski and Ilija Milanoski closed it out with Beyond Selenium, walking through their Playwright refactor.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, asked the sharp questions, and stayed for the muabet after the talks. And thank you to the speakers for the kind of honesty you rarely get from a stage.
