This is exactly the perspective behind the recent knowledge-sharing session organized by our Human Resources Administration Team, and the Recruitment & Employer Branding Team.
Together with our colleagues Tamara Adam, Olesea Vascan, and Daniela Anghelenici, Viorica Barbarasa, we explored how can support productivity, communication, recruitment activities, and employer branding initiatives, helping teams work smarter, and create a stronger employee experience.
Most importantly, this initiative does not stop here.
Following the session, the teams committed to continuing the collaboration focused on identifying real use cases and building practical solutions around tasks where AI can help optimize processes.
