Hi everyone! I’m Timofei Ferar, and I’ve been part of the amazing OOK Group team for over 4 years now. My role here is Advertising Manager.

What does that mean?
In short, my main focus is on creating the visual content for our apps. I create and localize ads for different languages, set up notifications, and craft eye-catching videos and images.

As for my background, I’m an old-school Photoshop fan—I was creating our visuals from scratch long before the AI boom! Today, I gladly use all the new AI platforms, but I always want the core idea and the "soul" of an ad to come from a human, not a robot.

What drives me?
I love the process itself—creating something unique, testing ideas, and constantly learning new tools. But beyond the pixels on the screen, my energy comes from the team. Every person in this company is special, and I really enjoy communicating with them, whether it's about professional topics or just simple, everyday things.

Knowing that my ideas are heard, that my work is appreciated, and seeing it actively used in our apps gives me a huge boost of motivation!

How do I recharge and avoid burnout?
In a fast-paced creative role, taking a step back is crucial. During the workday, I always try to find a brief moment to just look out the window or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee.

After hours, I make a conscious effort to stay away from screens. I prefer reading real, physical books over electronic ones, and my favorite hobby in my free time is cooking. These screen-free moments also give me the perfect space to reflect and think about future plans.

Disconnecting like this is exactly what keeps my mind sharp and my ideas fresh.

Why do I love my job?
Because I never get bored here, and there’s always room to grow! I’m incredibly happy that since joining the company, my knowledge of editing software and advertising has developed fantastically.
