Dear diary,

Last Friday, we discovered that beer is not just a drink, it is a story, a tradition, and a whole craft behind every sip. 🍺✨

As part of our Discover Moldova, we visited EFES Moldova | Parte a Anadolu EFES for a special Beer Tasting experience. 🍻

We had the chance to taste 4 different types of beer, including a fresh live beer straight from the keg, and discover what makes each one unique.

During the visit, we learned how beer is produced, how to taste it correctly, and why every step of the brewing process matters.

✨ Did you know? The history of beer production at the current Efes Moldova roots back to 1873, when the first brewery in Chișinău was established. More than 150 years of brewing history are still being continued today. 🍺

Dear diary,

Giving back has always been part of our culture. Every quarter, we choose a cause that matters and try together to make a small difference.

With June being all about celebrating children, our team collected donations for a specialized public kindergarten that supports children at a higher risk of tuberculosis infection. Last week, we visited them with toys, books, games, and creative supplies, hoping to make their everyday a little brighter. 🧸📚🎨

Seeing the children’s smiles was the best reminder that kindness doesn’t have to be something big. Sometimes, a toy, a book, or a box of crayons is enough to make someone’s day a little happier.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed. Together, we created moments of joy for children who truly deserve them. ❤️

Dear diary,

At BackstageIT, we know that great teams aren’t built only behind laptops. Sometimes they’re built by the pool, over a game, during a shared laugh, or while enjoying a beautiful summer day together. 💙

This year’s destination? Saint-Tropez. Or at least our own version of it. 😄
What would a Saint-Tropez adventure be without a treasure hunt?

With our Riviera Chic dress code, fun challenges, pool time, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lots of smiles, we traded deadlines for sunshine and meetings for memories.

One thing never changes, though: wherever we are, it’s the people who make every event special.

Thank you to everyone who made the day so much fun. 💙

Yesterday, our office was filled with one word... BINGOOO! 🎉😄

Safe to say, this has become one of our favorite office traditions. Our colleagues tested their luck 🎲, and with every number called, the excitement kept building. Everyone was hoping to be the first to shout “BINGO!” 🍀

We had plenty of lucky winners, lots of laughs, and of course, everyone went home with a sweet treat 🍫💙

Every month, our Discover Moldova project gives us the chance to see our country through fresh eyes. 🇲🇩✨

This time, we explored Orheiul Vechi, one of Moldova’s most famous landmarks and a place where centuries of history blend perfectly with breathtaking natural landscapes. Did you know it’s the country’s most visited cultural and historical destination? No wonder thousands of people come here every year to experience its unique charm.

We hiked across the hills, admired the incredible views 🌄, learned more about the area’s rich history, and simply enjoyed spending time together in nature. 🌿

There’s something special about discovering places that remind you just how much beauty can be found close to home. 🤍
