"It all started the day I've stumbled upon an email from the AIENSIAS team inviting the ENSIAS alumni to go on a trip to the Toubkal summit. To be honest, I’ve never thought that a trip with engineers would be that exciting and challenging. I kept thinking for months about the importance of being a member of this alumni association, about how I can give back to AIENSIAS and to my community since it has helped in the darkest moments of my life, and how this kind of nonprofessional activities would help me in carving out a good career and in improving my social skills. Two years later I’ve decided to join this young team and my amazing journey has started with them. This move gave me the opportunity to work on my two priorities (that were by the way aligned with the association’s ones): Networking as much as possible and keeping in touch with students from our mother school ENSIAS.
As a digital native, I always believed that using the different social media platforms is the best way to build a great community, the easiest way to promote our networking events and to encourage the others to get more involved in social activities. We were sharing regularly our live videos, pictures, aftermovie events, and posters with the whole community to keep them engaged.
You! Yeah, You :D If you also believe like us that words mean nothing if you don’t back them up with actions, if you are empathetic enough to feel the needs of the others in our community and beyond it, if you are ready to give without expecting to be given back or even recognized, then JOIN the AIENSIAS, you will get the chance to share, to learn, to help and to grow as well."
