Amal joined to upgrade people. 😎

11 years at Fusion CX Casablanca and honestly, Amal has seen it all. Freshers shaking on day one, silent performers quietly winning, and that one “I’m not ready” person now running meetings like a CEO. Her real superpower? Listening so well people forget why they were stressed in the first place.

She swears the funniest part of work is when everyone builds a “complex issue” and she’s like… wait, it was simple all along. 😂

After work, Amal doesn’t just “log off”, she resets properly. Coffee isn’t a habit, it’s her reset ritual ☕ the signal that the day is done. Calm playlists in the background while she mentally logs out of everyone’s problems.
Then it’s homemade food that actually hits 🍲, long conversations, real laughs, and zero work talk with family and friends ❤️ By the end of it, she’s fully reset, recharged, and ready to fix careers again the next day.

Her vibe is simple, believe in people till they start believing in themselves.
