I always enjoy discussing intellectual property protection with startup founders and creators, but catching up with female founders is an absolute joy. 😊

Ligalio 2022 recap!

We did a lot of testing and improved our generator. Here are some of our stats:

🚀 4.4k website visitors: top sources are Google (SEO + Google Ads), Indie Hackers and LinkedIn.

🚀 238 registered users: mainly from special promotions, incubators, events, and organic traffic. We also got valuable feedback from many of our early adopters.

✏️ €8500 prize money: during the last 12 months, we participated in 3 different startup competitions and in all of them finished in the top 3.

👢 100% bootstrapped: So far, our operations have been very lean, total investment €3k. It was possible mainly with state grants and local incubator support.

Plans for 2023:

After working on the Ligalio product for almost a year, this week, we have achieved some significant milestones:

• Launched our MVP on April 14, 2022 🚀
• Since the launch, we have gained 20 registered users and 6 paying customers
• Finished a 16-week program at the LU studentu Biznesa Inkubators and reached the 3rd place in the pitching competition final 🎉 🎉 🎉
• Joined LIAA Radošo industriju inkubators

Our work doesn't stop here. We will continue improving our product and adding additional features soon.

Recently, the French and Austrian data protection authorities declared that the use of Google Analytics is illegal.

🇦🇹 The Austrian authority argued that Google Analytics was transferring personal data from the EU/EEA to US companies without enough protection.

🇫🇷 The French authority stated that the current data protection measures are not enough because Google Analytics cannot stop US authorities from accessing the data.
