As this year winds down, I'm feeling all the feels at Skillarize . It's been a wild mix of juggling kids, endless online meetings (I'm pretty sure I've qualified for multitasking Olympics 🤹‍♀️), and some incredible times with the inspiring ladies at Riga TechGirls Springup program. These women are just fantastic – smart, strong, and totally inspiring! 👩‍💻❤️

Demo Day feels like yesterday – pitching our learning platform amid tech and business development excitement. Daunting, yet thrilling! 😊😊

And guess what? 2024 is looking even brighter! We're prepping for the Riga TechGirls practice project, ready to welcome mentors and mentees for a whole new adventure in creating and learning together. Building MVP and sharing knowledge – can't wait! 🥳

A huge shoutout to my Skillarize contributors – your creativity, drive, and those hilariously chaotic virtual meetings made this year one for the books. Here's to jumping into 2024 with the same vibe and excitement! 🌊

🚀 Exciting News! 🚀 Skillarize is thrilled today to work together with the amazing team SAULE for the upcoming Digieduhack at Aalto University | European Commission , taking place from November 8th to November 10th.

We're on a mission to tackle one of the biggest challenges in online education: How can we make the online learning experience more motivating, foster a stronger sense of community, and boost extrinsic motivation and community support to lower dropout rates?

🎯 Our goal is clear: To elevate the online learning experience for both students and teachers, creating a learning environment that is engaging, supportive, and truly transformative.

I'm really thankful that there are clear four seasons in Latvia. They're like gentle reminders to reflect , to recharge, to change🌿

After a busy July working on my dear EdTech project Skillarize , I'm happy to kick back after the summer vacation. It has been an opportunity to think about what we've accomplished and where we want to go next. 🌅

This week, I had a great time catching up with some amazing female founders in Latvia, thanks to Riga TechGirls Female Founders Lunch. What we talked about hit home because it's a lot like what I'm encountering in the Bank of America Women's Entrepreneurship E-Program by eCornell (for details see comments) 💪

I'll definitely share some of the big moments from the eCornell program soon. Let's keep growing and supporting each other in our journeys. 🌟
