At Codnity, Nikita takes real ownership. He loves building new applications and is the kind of teammate who makes even the most complex technical discussions feel clear and collaborative.

Beyond the screen, Nikita’s world is full of stories, flavors, and fresh air. He’s an avid reader (non-fiction and sci-fi are his go-tos), enjoys cooking, and unwinds by running through peaceful, scenic trails.

And when winter rolls around? That’s his season. Birthday aside, you’ll find him carving down snowy slopes on skis or a snowboard, fully in his element.

🌍 The biggest trade mission to the USA has come to an end – and Codnity is proud to have been a part of it!

The trade mission, led by the President of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevics, and the Minister of Economy, Viktors Valainis, took place from 16 to 24 September, covering key innovation hubs such as Houston, San Francisco, and Denver. With 70 entrepreneurs participating, including Codnity's CEO Girts Ledins, this mission was a powerful opportunity to explore the intersection of technology, innovation, and business in the U.S. market.

🤝 During the mission, Codnity had the opportunity to meet with some of the most influential tech companies in the world:

Microsoft: Discussions focused on the potential for collaboration around AI innovations, including the possibility of establishing an AI Competence Center in Riga.

Meta: Insights into the future of AR/VR technology, including their Ray-Ban Meta glasses, which are pushing the boundaries of wearable tech.

Google: Engaged in talks on navigating their decentralized structure for potential partnerships and leveraging their global expertise in AI and cloud services.

OpenAI: Exciting demonstrations of OpenAI's latest developments in AI-generated content, voice synthesis, and reasoning, revealing groundbreaking innovations for communication and accessibility.
