Corporate training is going through a lot of changes in 2021 🙈
Today’s L&D professionals are taking up new roles and new responsibilities – all because employee training is no longer viewed as L&D’s sole responsibility.
The present-day reality demands that employees themselves, along with their line managers, be actively involved in the process and take responsibility for employee training and development 😉
