How can you build a new security habit?

There is no magic formula or number of days after which a behaviour becomes a habit. But there are simple steps you can take to get there. Here are a few tips to get started:

🔹 Pick one habit to begin with, rather than trying to build ten at once.
🔹 Attach it to something you already do. You stand up from your desk, you lock your screen.
🔹 Leave yourself a reminder, like a sticker on your laptop. You'll need it less and less over time.

Why are habits so powerful? Every day we make hundreds of small decisions, and that takes mental effort. Habits lift that load: instead of deciding again and again, we simply act.

In this year's campaign, we're sharing simple ideas for bringing that same approach into our digital lives.

After two successful internships — and barely a year after first joining — Sam Kafaï is now settling down with us permanently as a full team member.
📌 Reinforcing our systems team, he will work on quantum key and AI integration, while pursuing his study in B.U.T réseaux et télécommunications at IUT Nancy-Brabois.

🧑‍🎓🧑‍🎓🧑‍🎓 After Denim Latić and Jorge Carvalho, Sam Kafaï is the third of Restena current employees to join after completing a BTS qualification at Lycée Guillaume Kroll.
