With September kicking off, we were glad to welcome students from Vilnius Tech. Our long-time colleague and the soul of Exacaster, Eglė, gave them a warm tour and shared our company values. Curious and bright faces are always welcome at Exacaster! 🤓

☔️ The rainiest day of the summer didn’t stop us, it only made our Summer Fest even more unforgettable.

We went Down the Memory Lane and spent the day outside, just like in the good old days - with ‘drąsūs-stiprūs-vikrūs’ relays, jump ropes, hula hoops, pencils, and smiles all around ☀️

And just when we thought the day couldn’t get better, Antikvariniai Kašpirovskio Dantys lit up the evening with a concert that warmed us right through the drizzle 🎶🔥

We live and breathe our values every single day, and when you join the team, you will see it firsthand. Talking about Open Communication, there is no better way to explain what it means to us and how it works than sharing some insights from our team members!

During our last 360 feedback cycle, a few team members stood out - they received a lot of good feedback from peers and managers regarding their . We asked those ambassadors to share what open communication means to them.

💬 Aušra Bubulė, our Product Manager, mentioned that "Open communication to me means open : timely, private, honest and straightforward, always with a sense of sincerity and positive intent on the part of the feedback provider. Somehow, candor and openness come effortlessly to Exacaster people. We avoid the need for sarcasm, gossip, and teasing each other, yet we maintain a fun and witty daily communication and Mattermost posts."

💬 Laura Krisciunaite said, "Open communication is the key to building trusting and meaningful . I believe that those who choose to express their wishes, desires, fears, and uncertainties are more likely to progress toward their goals or at least adapt their goals to make them achievable. If open communication is new to you, I encourage you to give it a try, especially your one-on-one meetings with the team lead, as we do in Exacaster."
