Indrė, QA and Risk management Lead, joined FuturePros at a moment when she knew she needed a change, but wasn't entirely sure what that change should look like. Returning to work after maternity leave, she was looking for a new direction and a chance to challenge herself professionally. 👩💻
Starting over wasn't easy. It meant stepping into a new field, taking a step back in salary, and embracing uncertainty. But looking back, it turned out to be one of the best decisions she could have made.
What surprised her most was the amount of trust and responsibility she received from the very beginning. “When I started, I assumed that as a student, certain doors would remain closed. Instead, I learned that what matters most is curiosity, initiative, and being yourself.”
