Our Hungry Talks series welcomed back Barbora Suisse, founder of “Draugiški autizmui” (Autism-friendly) and author of "Kolegos" (Colleagues), to talk about “Disability Inclusion in the Workplace”.

Nearly 1 in 10 people in Lithuania has a disability. That might be a colleague sitting next to you, or it might be you. Barbora shared how we can better support each other and create a workplace where everyone feels comfortable being open.

March marked the return of Health Month! 🌿

This year, we explored the fascinating world of digestive health and the microbiome, our "second brain" for energy, immunity, and longevity.

We were inspired by expert insights from Indrė Aleknavičienė, Elena Šukė, and Simona Laiconaitė. And things got deliciously hands-on with Paulina Štreimikytė's fermentation workshops, teaching us the magic of "living food" (fermented drinks, veggies, and miso).
