📸 A photo drop from last week’s Tech for Fintech. And a quick recap while it’s still fresh.

It was our first meetup, and it felt like a proper community moment: people showed up early, networked before the talks, stayed after, and kept the discussions going till late. 🤝

What made us the happiest: the questions were deep. The kind you only ask when you’ve built and operated real systems. That’s a good signal. These topics matter, and we should do more of them. 🧠

And we will. In the next few months, we’ll invite you to the next Tech for Fintech edition. Same idea, practical talks and strong people in the room, but with an even broader agenda. 🚀

At Inventi, every department has its own version of teambuilding.

This time, our Human Resources team went to puppy yoga in Vilnius 🐶 Probably the only workout where productivity is measured in tail wags and nose boops. It's hard to compete with that kind of motivation – we’d hire them all in a heartbeat 🥹🩵

Yesterday we had the Inventi Padel Championship 🎾 A full arena, five courts and 21 colleagues giving their best.

We started with a quick training session with coaches and then moved straight into the tournament. The matches were really close and every point counted, with plenty of focus and some friendly chaos along the way. Teamwork looked a little different this time, but it worked just as well 💪 Safe to say this one deserves to become a new tradition.
