Kanban methodology is less popular than Scrum but it is increasingly catching up the Scrum. Kanban is a continuous flow process that tells what, when and how much to produce. Moreover, users are allowed to use separate columns for tasks of different priority in a backlog. In addition, Kanban board has a limit to the number of tasks you can be working on in order to avoid multitasking.
