This one's special.

Mantas Katinas is joining us as CEO of Kurianti karta — a joint venture with INVL Private Equity Fund II, built to make private education in Lithuania smarter, more tech-forward, and accessible.

Mantas spent 5 years leading Wargaming Vilnius, over 6 years as CEO of Invest Lithuania, and more. But his real edge is being deeply embedded in the education ecosystem: a board member of ISM, Chairman of Unicorns Lithuania, and a former member of the KTU Council.

As our co-founder Eimantas Sabaliauskas puts it: "Mantas brings together two areas that are extremely important to us: a deep understanding of education and strong experience in technology and business. Curiosity scales.

At our annual Kids' Day, we welcomed explorers into the Wonderland Adventure. The rules worked a little differently: flowers became canvases, giant teacups hid treasure, gravity was negotiable, and every path eventually led Down the Rabbit Hole. The rest was painting, hunting, experimenting, discovering — and letting curiosity take the lead.

Infrastructure for the future? Philanthropy.

Last week's Philanthropy in Lithuania discussion at the LT Big Brother mentors' evening brought together 40 members of the community to explore how giving can create lasting change.

Facilitated by Simona Laiconaitė, Director of the Tesonet Foundation, the conversation featured Kotryna Stankutė-Jaščemskienė, Director of MJJ Foundation, Monika Zavistanavičiūtė, Acting Executive Director of the Kazickas Family Foundation in Lithuania, and Audrius Masionis, CEO of Baltisches Haus.

The discussion reinforced an important idea: philanthropy isn't something businesses do once they've succeeded. It's one of the ways they help create the conditions for long-term success — for communities, for the economy, and for the country.

The House Party was so fire, we called the fire department. 🔥

Last Friday, for the first time ever, Cyber City was a true full house. Mediatech, who joined us just a month ago. Two official Unicorns standing side by side. Colleagues flying in from across the globe, alongside our closest partners and friends.

So we broke the dial by bringing international heavy-hitters Rudimental and local legends Solo Ansamblis. Boardsports rolled in a skate ramp, Eglė Žvirblytė gave every space its own identity, and every corner held another surprise — from permanent tattoo artists to moments that turned the office into a massive playground.

But big spaces and wild lineups don’t build a legacy. Unity does.

The scale of the party wasn’t the real milestone. It was the people. And this party was the ultimate proof of what happens when our entire ecosystem moves as one.

Tip-off, take two.

Last week, we hosted the B8 Summit for the second year in a row.

No decks, no filler. Just coaches, GMs, performance experts, and players in one room, arguing about what actually moves the game forward: cultural flexibility, adapting across borders, the NBA-to-NCAA transition, the future of the EuroLeague, and everything recruitment and development in between.

Around the table: Joe Mazzulla, Maurizio Gherardini, Chris Fleming, Regev Fanan, Jaka Lakovič, Marco Kück, Dainius Adomaitis, Tomas Balčėtis, Giedrius Žibėnas — and many more. The best conversations continued long past the sessions, at the networking afterparty.

New Unicorn Certified.

Oxylabs becomes the 2nd bootstrapped Unicorn to emerge from the Tesonet ecosystem — securing investment from Warburg Pincus at a $3.6 billion valuation.

For over a decade, the Oxylabs team stayed heads-down: building a great product, serving customers worldwide, and scaling sustainably — no outside capital, no shortcuts. And for us at Tesonet, this one is especially meaningful. Two bootstrapped Unicorns grown out of the Tesonet ecosystem, built the same way — with patience, discipline, and a long-term bet on the team. Every milestone built, every step earned.

Our co-founder Tomas Okmanas shares: "Four years after our first raise, a story very much alike. Unicorn No. 2 and counting. Love you, Oxylabs."
