We’re pivoting! 🚀 After taking a hard look at the construction industry and how we operate, we are evolving the JoBolt app to better serve the real needs of contractors and clients.
As a contractor, I realized something important. When a project finishes and the defect liability period ends, the client often brings in a new team for maintenance. But why? We are the ones who built it! We know the manufacturers, the delivery times, the installers, and exactly what is behind every corner of the building. It’s silly to take that knowledge and just walk away.
We are shifting JoBolt from a general marketplace to a pure B2B administrative powerhouse designed to help contractors and clients stick together long after the initial build.
What’s changing?
B2B Only: We are focusing exclusively on business-to-business relationships.
No More App-Held Funds: We are removing the in-app banking and payment gateways. You handle your money your way.
Project Syncing: A new space to sync project drawings, create tasks, and have your QS evaluate proposals seamlessly.
Direct Invoicing & Quoting: Streamlined communication to issue quotes and invoices directly between client and contractor without middleman commissions.
We want to build something the industry actually needs to keep clients happy and create ongoing jobs.
