Meet Sandra, our Online Reputation Manager.

Her day starts with a bike ride to the office, then she’s straight into it: Reddit threads, online meetings, community management, and making sure our brands show up the right way across the internet.

There’s always room for a coffee break with colleagues, lunch with friends, and a little breather before diving back in.
After work, you’ll find her at Muay Thai, cycling around the city, or settled in with a good book.

Behind every conversation and community at Orbio is a real person with passions, routines, and a life beyond the screen. Today, that person is Sandra. 👋

Over the past year, our CEO Tomas Macernis has been part of the Švietimas #1 initiative.
Along the way, he met inspiring school leaders, shared experiences, and gained a new perspective on the challenges and opportunities within education. One thing became clear: school leaders and business leaders have more in common than we often think.

At Orbio, many of our social impact efforts are focused on children, education, and future generations, which is why being part of Švietimas #1 feels especially meaningful to us.

We hope to see more business leaders join conversations and initiatives that help strengthen education in Lithuania.
