• Instill responsible driving habits to reduce road accidents and improve public safety.
2. Fair & Transparent Licensing
• Ensure equal opportunities for all applicants, regardless of background, status, or financial capability.
• Maintain integrity in testing and certification, avoiding favoritism or unethical practices.
3. Professional Conduct & Integrity
• Uphold honesty and ethical behavior in all interactions with students, instructors, and regulatory authorities.
• Avoid conflicts of interest, bribery, and any form of corruption in licensing or training.
4. Respect for Student Rights
• Provide a discrimination-free learning environment, respecting students' rights and dignity.
• Offer quality education with clear communication and fair assessments.
5. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
• Adhere to national traffic laws and driver education standards as set by the Liberia Ministry of Transport.
• Ensure training vehicles, materials, and curriculum meet all regulatory requirements.
