Yesterday's Electrical/Industrial Control class was a truly rewarding experience.

Although we have not yet taught our students the methods of analyzing control diagrams, our instructor challenged them to attempt wiring a Direct-On-Line (DOL) Starter. To his surprise and delight, they successfully wired both the control circuit and the power circuit correctly.

Moments like these make us proud as an institution. There is no greater satisfaction than seeing students understand what they are learning and confidently apply it in practice.

In our next session, each student will complete the DOL starter wiring independently to reinforce their understanding. After that, our instructor will introduce signal circuit wiring, guiding them through the step-by-step process of wiring a complete industrial control circuit.

Learning is most effective when theory is combined with hands-on practice, and I am excited to watch these future technicians continue to grow.

Today our Electrical Control students were able do continuity test on the auxiliary contacts of the contactor. They were also taught the importance of the hold-in-contact on the contactor.
