SEGAL successfully held its 2025 Annual Gathering and VIS Training Certificates Presentation Ceremony over the weekend in Buchanan City, Grand Bassa County.

The event celebrated discipline, professionalism, and outstanding performance, while recognizing SEGAL officers who successfully completed the intensive VIS training course. Management also honored exceptional employees for their dedication, loyalty, and commitment to duty.

SEGAL Hosts Armed Forces Command & Staff College (AFCSC) African Study Tour 2025 🇱🇷🤝🇳🇬

Yesterday, the Security Expert Guard Agency of Liberia (SEGAL) proudly hosted a high-level delegation from the Armed Forces Command & Staff College (AFCSC), Jaji—Federal Republic of Nigeria—on their African Study Tour to Liberia.

Held at the Murex Plaza on Tubman Boulevard, the visit centered around the theme:
“Harnessing Community-Led Security Initiatives for Enhanced National Security.”

The program opened with a prayer by Francis K. Zazay, followed by warm remarks from Acting General Manager Marcus N.D. Kumeh, I, who welcomed the delegation and highlighted SEGAL’s commitment to strengthening national security through private–public cooperation.

The Ministry of Defense/AFL representatives introduced the visiting military guests, while Mr. Kumeh later recognized SEGAL’s management team.

A key highlight was the PowerPoint presentation led by Mr. Dave S. Freeman, outlining SEGAL’s origins, operations, regulatory framework, and its growing role as a trusted private security partner in Liberia.

The visit concluded with a closing prayer and group interactions.
