With their recent restructuring to support the growth of SMEs and their push to help local businesses expand into exports, the new Business Clinic is a game-changer. 🌍 This initiative offers SMEs valuable support in registering their businesses, understanding export procedures, and showcasing their products through exhibition stalls. Excited to see more businesses take off and thrive in global markets! 🚀

Shine 50 Awards and Networking Ceremony, hosted by Echelon Media and Neon Media in partnership with USAID Sri Lanka. The event celebrated 50 exceptional young women from Sri Lanka under the theme ‘Girls Who Run the World.’ With U.S. Ambassador to Sri Lanka Julie Chung as the Chief Guest, inspiring keynote speeches, and stirring musical performances, the event honoured women aged 18 to 35 making a positive impact across various fields. From over 700 public nominations, these remarkable women were chosen for their significant contributions and leadership.
I was so glad to be an Inductee among the 50 young women from Sri Lanka.

It was a pleasure to be a Keynote Speaker in the event which The Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB), together with SLASSCOM, proudly launched the "SheExports" Capacity Building Programme for Women Tech Entrepreneurs. This initiative, designed as a long-term capacity-building and mentoring programme, marks a significant milestone in empowering women entrepreneurs in the ICT/BPO sector to take their ventures to the international stage.

The inauguration, held at the EDB, was graced by distinguished personalities including Dr. Kingsley Bernard, Chairman/CEO of EDB, Mr. Nishan Mendis, Chairman of SLASSCOM, and several SLASSCOM Board Directors.
