Quantum Plus recently held a productive discussion with the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) on the implementation of an Information Management System (IMS) to optimise and digitally manage healthcare operations.

The proposed IT system would connect key stakeholders across the entire service workflow, including the front desk, doctors, pharmacists, dispensary staff, managers, vendors and patients.

The system is intended to improve patient registration, consultations, prescriptions, medicine dispensing, inventory monitoring, vendor management, reporting and administrative oversight through one structured digital platform.

We look forward to contributing our technical expertise towards building efficient, transparent and technology-driven public healthcare services.
