As part of the Integrated Capacity Building Approach for Organizational Digital Government Transformation, ICTA conducted a six-day Foundation Capacity Building Training Program under the NextGenGov Initiative, with the participation of 60 government officials from the Employees' Trust Fund Board.

The purpose of these sessions was to enhance digital literacy and technological skills among government officials. It aimed to leverage ICT for effective governance and community development while equipping participants with valuable knowledge, tools, and practical skills. ICTA sincerely appreciates the NextGenGov Master Trainers and volunteer resource persons from the industry who generously shared their time and expertise to empower our dedicated government employees.
