--Tuning up Silk Screen Details

At Apex Labz, we believe true progress begins where specifications meet ambition.

In our latest fabrication trial, we successfully achieved an impressive 0.1 mm minimum stroke width and 0.9 mm minimum text height on the top silk screen print — pushing our equipment and processes beyond their everyday boundaries.

These crisp, clean results on our new PCBs demonstrate the precision we strive for when exploring the edge of possibility. However, for consistent, reliable production and to maintain the highest standards of quality and repeatability, our official manufacturing limits remain:

Min Trace width: 0.4 mm
Min Overall clearance: 0.4 mm
Min Silk screen text height: 1 mm
Min Silk screen stroke width: 0.15 mm

Every board we produce is crafted with meticulous care, ensuring superior quality and complete customer satisfaction.
