While designing, we did FEAs for those parts to ensure functionality. But 3D printed parts do not meet those behaviors as we see in FEAs precisely. Wall count, Infill density & pattern, Material anisotropy, Build orientation are few points where 3D prints conflict with FEAs. But design optimization matters the most!
