This International Women’s Day, we brought the Antler family together to celebrate the remarkable women who are part of our journey.

The event featured an insightful session by Dr. (Mrs.) Bagya Abesinghe, a distinguished Counseling Psychologist and the current President of the Sri Lanka Professional Psychological Counselors’ Association who spoke about women’s mental health and emotional well-being, reminding us of the importance of managing stress, maintaining work–life balance and building strong support systems.

Her message resonated deeply. Women often balance multiple responsibilities across work, family, and society, and conversations around mental health are more important than ever.

As a gesture of appreciation, we also presented tokens of appreciation to all the wonderful ladies in our organization in recognition of their dedication, strength, and contributions.

It was a memorable event that reinforced our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering work environment for everyone.
