We are pleased to announce the successful kickoff of the 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞’𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬, marking the beginning of an important HR digitalization journey.

With a growing workforce supporting bakery production, retail, logistics, and day-to-day operations, People’s Bakers needed an HR solution that could simplify employee management while supporting the demands of a fast-moving business.
Following the selection of 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒, the PBSS team will work closely with People’s Bakers to streamline key HR processes, reduce manual work, improve information accuracy, and provide management with better visibility across the workforce.

For 𝐏𝐁𝐒𝐒 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩, this project is another opportunity to bring our experience in HR technology and business process implementation to Sri Lanka’s 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬.Our role goes beyond providing software—we work closely with our clients to understand their operations, implement the right solution, train their teams, and provide continued support after implementation.

The project kickoff brought together the management and project teams of 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞’𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐁𝐒𝐒, establishing a clear direction for the implementation ahead.
