🚚 Building a Modern Courier & Delivery Management System
I recently worked on a web-based Courier & Delivery Management System designed to streamline the day-to-day operations of a courier business.
The main focus was to bring order management, rider operations, parcel tracking, COD management, and reporting into one centralized platform.

One of the interesting parts of this project was designing the COD workflow — tracking the process from customer payment collection by the rider, through rider settlement, up to the final settlement to the sender.
The system architecture is also designed with the possibility of integrating third-party courier APIs and webhooks, allowing external courier tracking/status updates to be connected to the platform.
💡 The goal: Build a system that doesn't just manage deliveries, but gives the business better visibility and control over its entire delivery operation.
