File Rename කරන පහසුම ක්‍රමය

File එක select කරලා:

👉 F2 Press කරන්න
👉 New Name එක type කරන්න

📊 MS Excel එකේ එකතුව ඉක්මනින් ගන්න දන්නවාද?

⌨️ AutoSum (Σ) 👉 Numbers වල Total එක ඉක්මනින් ගන්න පුළුවන්.

👉 Numbers තියෙන cells ටික select කරන්න.
👉 AutoSum (Σ) click කරන්න.
👉 Enter press කරන්න.

💡 Shortcut: Alt + = → AutoSum එක ඉක්මනින් දාගන්න පුළුවන්! ⚡

⌨️ Ctrl + H 👉 *Find & Replace* භාවිතා කරන්න.

👉 Ctrl + H press කරන්න.
🔹 Find what → වෙනස් කරන්න ඕන වචනය
🔹 Replace with → අලුත් වචනය
🔹 Replace All → සියලුම තැන් එකවර වෙනස් කරන්න. ✨

📄 *MS Word එකේ වැරදිලා Delete කරපු දෙයක් නැවත ගන්න පුළුවන්ද?**😍

⌨️ *Ctrl + Z* 👉 කළ අවසන් ක්‍රියාව *Undo* කරන්න.

🔄 උදාහරණයක් ලෙස:
Text එකක් Delete වුණා නම් → *Ctrl + Z* press කරන්න → Text එක නැවත එනවා. ✨

💡 *Tip:* වැරදිලා කරන ලද changes ඉක්මනින් Undo කරන්න මේ shortcut එක මතක තියාගන්න! 💻
