Building a future-ready vocational education ecosystem through NAITA accreditation

Agraganya was proud to commence its Functional Analysis and National Competency Standards (NCS) development process guided by NAITA, Sri Lanka, to accredit Agraganya’s curriculum under the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) framework. This collaborative effort aligns industry needs, occupational roles, and learning outcomes to nationally recognized standards.

This is significantly a key milestone in building a future-ready, industry-aligned vocational education ecosystem in Sri Lanka. This accreditation process is supported through GIZ-Vocational Training in Sri Lanka Project, commissioned by BMZ ensuring the quality assurance and industry relevance across TVET institutions.

Driving Green Growth through Skills, Innovation & Regional Leadership

Another Green Dialogue was held on the 12th of November 2025, organized by GIZ in Sabaragamuwa Province, brought together business leaders, professionals, and members and officers of the Chamber of Commerce Ratnapura. Agraganya was proud to present at the panel discussion, sharing insights on the importance of Digital Automation and Sustainability skills for future-ready businesses.

During the discussions, there was key emphasis on green job transitions and productivity through green automation.
