visual programming වල සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම තියෙන්නේ block-based interaction එකක්. code එකක් එක දිගට ටයිප් කරනවා වෙනුවට graphics යොදාගෙන යම්කිසි logic එකකට අනුව රූපයක් හදන්න තමයි තියෙන්නේ. එතකොට අවසානයට ලැබෙන්නේ visual code එකක්. සාමාන්‍ය program එකක් ලියනවට වඩා ආස හිතෙන විදියට මේ වැඩේ blocks හරහා කරන්න පුළුවන්.

Visual Programming සහ Magicbit

Computer programming කියලා කියන්නේ IT field එකේ ඉන්න කෙනෙකුට නම් නැතුවම බැරි දෙයක්. ඒව වගේම ගොඩක් ළමයින් දැන් පාසැල් කාලේ ඉඳලම computer programming ඉගෙන ගන්නව. java, c++, c #, python වගේ languages ගොඩක් අය අතර ජනප්‍රියයි. හැබැයි මේකෙම තව පැත්තක් තියනවා. අද භාවිතා වෙන ගොඩක් programming languages වල තියෙන්නෙ text-based interaction එකක්. ඒ කියන්නේ computer program එකක් ලියනවා කියලා අපි කරන්නෙ මොකක් හරි programming language එකකින් කෝඩ් එකක් ටයිප් කරන එක. මේක සමහර අයට විශේෂයෙන්ම ළමයින්ට වගේ නම් ටිකක් කම්මැලි වැඩක්. ඒකට ආපු විසඳුම තමයි visual programming කියන්නේ.
