Apple today released the third beta of an upcoming iOS 9.3.2 update to public beta testers, one day after seeding the third iOS 9.3.2 beta to developers. iOS 9.3.2 comes more than a month after the release of iOS 9.3, a major update that introduced Night Shift mode and other new features. iOS 9.3.2 has been in testing since April 6.

If you think your network of Windows computers is safe from malware because you’ve set up Applocker to whitelist only trusted apps, we have some bad news.

A newly discovered security flaw allows users to get around this on business editions of Windows (Windows 7 and up) by using Regsvr32. You can point it to a remotely hosted file or script to run any app you want on your system.

That exposes PCs to the danger of running malicious software even if AppLocker is installed. And as it doesn’t require administrator access or alter the system registry, it’s hard to trace.

Apple is releasing new MacBooks with upgraded specs and introducing a new color option: Rose Gold.

The new MacBook will have sixth generation dual-core Intel Core M processors with speeds of up to 1.3 GHz during normal use, and a Turbo Boost feature which gets you 3.1 GHz. The current top-end, off-the-shelf MacBook is capable of 1.2 GHz under normal load with a speed boost of up to 2.6 GHz

This MacBook Air was damaged by water. The internal moisture sensors were all activated and the the logic board components were rapidly getting oxidised. Although the client was able to shut down the Mac immediately due to water vapour and the fact that the battery is still plugged on to the logic board it is vital to do the necessary rescue steps as fast as possible. Once in the lab with proper technique and care the entire logic board was completely restored and the Mac is once again working.

Apple Recalls Some International Wall Adapters Due to Risk of Electrical Shock.
Apple today issued a voluntary recall for certain two-prong AC wall plug adapters designed for use in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Continental Europe, New Zealand, and South Korea, due to the risk of electrical shock if touched in very rare cases. Apple has also advised customers to stop using affected plug adapters.
