Responsibilities
• Produce analysis reports to management using data from internal system
• Sales and promotional activities
• Monitoring the product quality and clients follow ups
• Managing clients on complains and assisting them to acquire their satisfaction
• Assisting the technical team on doing routing changes based on the sales
• Communicating to international clients via phone calls and emails.
Requirements
• Degree/ Diploma in the fields of Business or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of B 2 B sales experience would be preferable
• Ability to build strong client relationship and great team player skills are the must.
• Willing to work based on UK time (Generally 9 hours per day in weekdays including breaks, and depending on the requirement 6 hours during the weekends including breaks)
• Proficiency In Tamil will be an added advantage
