It was a privilege to present our contribution towards the initiative of expanding educational opportunities through digitalisation to Hon. Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya. We are proud to be a part of the launch of Digital Classrooms for 100 schools across rural Sri Lanka.
When Cyclone Ditwah struck, it didn't just damage infrastructure. It disrupted the education of thousands of children across Sri Lanka.
The employees of Creative Software made a heartfelt decision: instead of celebrating at their year-end party, they chose to contribute the party funds toward something far more meaningful, with the company stepping in to add to that contribution to fulfil our commitment.
Joining hands with Rotary District 3220 and their 100 Schools Programme, we contributed 40 smart boards and 40 computers across 20 schools, a combined investment of LKR 20 million, for students of affected schools across the Uva and Central Provinces.
Our Co-Founder Sushena Ranatunga and Imanka Kodithuwakku, President of the Recreation Team 2025 at Creative Software, represented the Creative Software team, also discussing to extend this collaboration into teacher training and capacity building, because equipping classrooms is only the beginning.
A sincere thank you to the Prime Minister's Office, Rotary District 3220, District Governor 2025/26 Delvin Pereira, Project Chair Prof. Chandana Jayaratne, and the entire team. Your dedication made this possible.
A special acknowledgement to the Recreation Team of 2025 at Creative Software, the hearts behind this initiative (Last image).
Together, we continue to create hope through education, opportunity, and service.
