Computer Society of D S S C The Computer Society boasts a membership of over 1500 students and is one of the mostly active student bodies of the college.

The Computer Society since it’s beginning in 1993 with the opening of the computer laboratory with 20 a workstation network the society has been imparting valuable computing knowledge to the colleges student population tirelessly. colleges student population tirelessly. The Computer Society organizes All Island Software Competitions, Workshops at the National Level to share the knowledge with other schools in the island. We participate in many inter school competitions.

The Commerce Society of D.S.Senanayake College takes the privilege of introducing THE FIRST EVER BUSINESS AWARD CEREMONY ORGANIZED IN A NATIONAL SCALE BY A SCHOOL IN SRI LANKA. The awards were given on the basis of the popularity of the business brands among school students.

The popularity was measured through a survey conducted in every government and semi government school in Sri Lanka.
