Zero2Hero x Inova Hangout | Session #4 🎉

Another inspiring evening at Inova IT Systems as we successfully concluded our 4th Zero2Hero x Inova Hangout Session on Thursday, 30th July.

A huge appreciation to our three passionate Business Analyst Interns, who confidently presented their innovative concept, "Capi", a system designed to support and enhance employee mental well-being. It was inspiring to see their creativity, research, and dedication come to life.
The presentation was followed by an engaging Q&A session, where our interns exchanged ideas with senior management, received valuable feedback, and experienced what meaningful collaboration looks like in a professional environment.

But the evening didn't stop there! 🎤🎮

We wrapped up the day with our Inova Hangout, filled with fun games, music, singing, laughter, and great conversations. It was a refreshing and memorable time that brought everyone together beyond work.

At Inova, we believe innovation grows through learning, collaboration, and strong team culture. Proud to see our young talent stepping forward with confidence and making an impact.

This meaningful initiative brought together our employees, management, and the community to celebrate the spirit of Poson Poya through selfless giving and kindness. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed their time, effort, and support to make this event a success.

With hearts united in devotion, the Inova IT Welfare Committee organized a Pirith Chanting Ceremony on 26th June 2026 at the Inova IT premises to invoke blessings for our organization, employees, management, clients, and their families.
