Due to an unexpected issue involving DNS resolution and internet routing across multiple service providers, Better HR is carrying out an immediate infrastructure migration to protect service stability and ensure reliable operations.

🕓 Scheduled Downtime
Today, from approximately 4:30 PM (Vietnam Time) until midnight
During this period, all Better HR services will be temporarily unavailable. This will be a complete service blackout while the migration is completed.

(This migration was originally planned for 7 February 2026, but has been brought forward due to current urgency.)

Please be assured that:

• All data is fully backed up
• No data loss is expected

Migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

As part of this process, our core systems are being migrated to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This upgrade will significantly improve system performance, reliability, and payroll processing speed. As a reference:
• Payroll for ~3,000 employees completes in around 30 seconds
• Payroll for most companies with 100–500 employees completes in under 5 seconds

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, particularly as this occurs during the payroll period. Our team is working continuously to restore services as quickly and safely as possible.
