Last month, we had Johnie Kuy, Julie Kellaway and Bageswaran Balasingham from Simpology Australia with us in Sri Lanka.🤝

There were some great discussions around AI, automations, workflows, knowledge bases and how we can make these part of the team’s day-to-day work, alongside a strong focus on quality and testing.

And then there was Habarana. Our annual trip gave us three days to step away from the usual routine, have some fun, share a few laughs and spend proper time together with cricket, boat rides, rock climbing and plenty happening along the way. 😄

Good conversations at work, good times outside of it, and a visit we really enjoyed.🙌🏻

Our Contracting Works (CW) team recently ran their own three-day AI hackathon, and the ideas that came out of it were seriously impressive.

10 teams explored how AI can improve every stage of the software development cycle, tackling things like smarter code reviews, AI-powered QA, and design analysis.

Rather than building isolated tools, teams worked off a shared AI Context Layer - using RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and agentic workflows to create foundations that can power AI across the entire SDLC.

Proud of how our engineers keep experimenting with new AI workflows and building solutions that make our day-to-day work easier.

Here's to more of this in the year ahead!
