Celebrating 25 Years of an Incredible Journey!
Today, we celebrate a remarkable milestone; 25 years of dedication, resilience, leadership, and excellence in the BPO industry.
From starting her journey to leading with purpose, Rukshani Malewana has built more than a career. She has built meaningful relationships, inspired people, embraced challenges, and created an impact that goes far beyond titles and milestones.
The leaders who believed in her, the clients who trusted her, the teams who became friends, and the colleagues who became lifelong confidants — this is what her 25-year journey has been built on.
We are incredibly proud to celebrate this journey with her and grateful for the passion, energy, and humanity she brings to everything she does.
