URGENT HIRING — Immediate Start
> Position: Waffle Maker / Station Staff
> Location: Colombo
> Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
~ Operate commercial waffle machines and maintain consistent product quality
~ Prepare fresh batter, filling, daily according to standard recipe
~ Manage the toppings and filling station with proper portion control and clean presentation
~ Cook live in front of customers with confidence and professionalism
~ Maintain strict food hygiene and cleanliness across all cooking and prep areas
~ Assist with stock receiving, daily inventory, and ingredient storage
~ Support cashier and order management during peak hours when required
~ Complete opening and closing checklists every shift
~ Proactively identify issues and resolve them independently
Requirements
~ Experience in bakery, pastry, café kitchen, waffle making, or dessert preparation — minimum 6 months preferred
~ Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
~ Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision
~ Able to handle pressure during busy hours and weekends
~ Friendly, presentable, and professional appearance
~Colombo-based or able to commute daily
