I did not post this properly as I already did in my other platforms and my mind turned blank since the events in Beirut, and none of us foresaw these circumstances. I'm going to post this here with its planned original caption pre-August 4, before I go back assessing our situation. I encourage you to donate and help as much as you can to these Lebanese causes and organizations listed here: https://lebanoncrisis.carrd.co/

Artwork I have made for , with a focus on my region (Southwest Asia/North Africa) If you're an NGO or org and feel that my artwork resonates with your objectives, you're free to use it. DM me for the High Res version. 🌺
Most of the Black communities represented here are Black SANA folks, from various regions such as the Arab Gulf, North and Horn of Africa and the Levant... But I also added other non SANA communities such as Black Caribbean folks!
This is just a couple of Black communities in SANA, and they are many more, this is also made to decentralize problems Black folks face all over the world, not just in a specific region. Let’s deal with the problems of racisms and discrimination in our own house first. Since Lebanon/The Arab League has a big problem, the Kafala system (aka modern slavery), and that Govs in charge are so ill prepared/don’t act on taking care of Black/POC Migrant Workers pre and post COVID-19, support local Lebanese NGOs as much as you can, whom all make a huge difference. A couple of them are Events at Dammeh, This Is Lebanon, Anti-Racism Movement and እኛለኛ በስደት Egna Legna Besidet. Support them financially or with what you excel at most! Pass it on
