쿠팡의 새로운 구의 오피스를 소개합니다.

쿠팡 구의 오피스는 서울 지하철 2호선 구의역과 바로 연결됩니다. 메인 라운지는 임직원은 물론 외부 방문객들과도 활발히 교류할 수 있게 디자인 됐습니다.

모든 층에는 스마트 오피스가 구축되었고, 전 좌석 모션데스크와 스틸케이스 의자를 배치했습니다. 한국·미국·대만·일본·인도·싱가포르 등 전 세계 곳곳에 오피스가 있는 글로벌 회사답게 대내외 미팅이 많은 특성을 공간 구성에 반영해, 회의실 및 포커스룸도 기존 잠실 오피스 대비 약 40% 늘렸습니다.

사내 식당 ‘쿠테리아'는 최상부 2개 층에 자리잡았습니다. 남쪽으로 한강과 잠실 롯데월드타워가, 동쪽으로 아차산과 용마산 능선이 보이는 탁 트인 풍경이 함께합니다. 쉼과 재충전을 위한 공간, 쿠팡케어센터 리프레시존도 갖췄습니다. 웰빙스튜디오, 트레드밀, 리클라이너 존, 샤워실까지! 직원들이 가뿐한 마음으로 일에 다시 집중할 수 있도록 알차게 준비됐습니다.

아이와 함께하는 출퇴근도 가능해집니다. 1층에 위치한 ‘쿠키즈(Coukids)’는 쿠팡 및 계열사 임직원 자녀라면 0세부터 4세까지 무상으로 다닐 수 있는 어린이집입니다. 이외에도 쿠팡 라이브 스튜디오, 쿠팡 크레이이티브 스튜디오 등 쿠팡만의 색깔을 살린 업무 공간이 마련됐습니다.

At Coupang Ads, interest-based clubs are actively run to help team members with shared interests connect with one another and build a more inclusive and close-knit culture together.

One of these clubs is Ads Paw Club, a community for pet lovers that launched in celebration of International Puppy Day on March 23. The group welcomes not only those who have dogs, but also anyone who simply loves them.

The first gathering was a group of dog walks, and the club plans to organize a variety of activities going forward, including volunteer work at animal shelters for rescued dogs.

We’ll continue to introduce various club activities at Coupang, so we hope you’ll stay tuned and show your support.
