🤝 Scanning Hope, Sharing Love in Cartagena, Colombia

We're proud to share the completion of “Scanning Hope, Sharing Love,” a three-day initiative in Cartagena, Colombia, bringing free dental care and clothing donations to local communities.

Together with the University of Cartagena, Fundación Serena del Mar, local dealers and volunteers, MEDIT provided dental treatment supported by digital workflows, using intraoral scanning technology to help deliver crowns and bridges to pediatric and adult patients.

Beyond treatment, the initiative also brought more than 2,500 items of clothing to local families, while opening new opportunities for collaboration in digital dentistry education.

We believe initiatives like these can help bring digital dentistry closer to communities while creating meaningful opportunities to learn, connect and share.
