I began my career by joining an overseas project to establish a large-scale manufacturing facility. Starting from scratch, I transformed a cornfield into a state-of-the-art factory with a vertical production system. After completing the setup, my work took me across continents, from Mexico to Southeast Asia. Leveraging my diverse experience, I became deeply involved in design, manufacturing, quali
ty assurance, administration, and strategic IT deployment, consistently delivering high-value products to my customers. Prior to the above experience, when the Internet era emerged, I delved into data warehousing, which later evolved into data mining and big data analytics. By the late 1990s, I was working on ERP projects with Oracle, drawing on my knowledge of finance and accounting. My journey eventually led me to manufacturing, where I immersed myself in understanding the entire operations of a real-world company, including every aspect of supply chain management (SCM) processes.
