BIM 솔루션 전문기업 (주)베이시스소프트(이하 베이시스소프트)는 지난 5월 28일부터 29일까지 강원도 고성에서 개최된 '2026년 한국BIM학회 정기학술대회'에 기업 부스로 참가하였다.

이번 학술대회는 BIM 기술과 건설산업의 미래를 함께 모색하는 자리로, 학계와 설계 전문가들이 한자리에 모여 다양한 연구 발표와 패널 토론, 네트워킹 프로그램이 진행되었다.

건설 디지털 전환의 핵심 기술로 부상한 BIM 분야의 최신 트렌드와 기술 현황을 공유하는 의미 있는 행사였다. 베이시스소프트는 이번 부스 참가를 통해 현장 중심의 기술력을 직접 알리고, 미래 솔루션의 방향성을 소개하는 시간을 가졌다.

BIM solutions specialist BasisSoft, Inc. (hereinafter "BasisSoft") participated as an exhibitor at the '2026 Korea BIM Society Annual Academic Conference,' held from May 28 to 29 in Goseong, Gangwon Province.

The conference served as a meaningful platform for exploring the future of BIM technology and the construction industry, bringing together academics and design professionals to engage in research presentations, panel discussions, and networking programs.

It was a significant event for sharing the latest trends and technological developments in BIM, which has emerged as a core technology driving the digital transformation of the construction sector. Through its booth, BasisSoft took the opportunity to showcase its field-proven capabilities and present the direction of its future solutions.

Of particular note was the introduction of 'ClickBIM,' a BIM automation solution currently under development and scheduled for release in the second half of 2027. Designed to automate complex BIM workflows, enhance design efficiency, and strengthen on-site applicability, ClickBIM drew considerable interest from academics and design professionals alike.

BasisSoft plans to build on its participation in this conference to further strengthen its collaborative network with the academic community, and to expand its presence in the domestic construction BIM market through the upcoming launch of ClickBIM.

(주)베이시스소프트는 5월 26일 KINGS(한국전력 국제원자력대학원대학교)에서 정우용 교수의 NPP Construction Project Management 과정의 일환으로 ‘BIM for Project Owners’ 특강을 진행했습니다.

같은 주제로 작년 11월 진행된 특강의 큰 호응에 힘입어, 올해에도 다시 요청을 받아 마련된 이번 특강은 약 5시간 동안 전 과정이 영어로 진행되었으며, 현장–미래–실습을 아우르는 입체적인 구성으로 수강생들의 높은 관심을 이끌었습니다.

이번 강의에는 싱가포르 법인 BasisSG의 Senior BIM Manager인 Mr. Ben Lim과 마장엽 부장, 그리고 본사 Revit add-on 개발자 조선주 주임이 함께 참여해 각자의 전문성을 바탕으로 강의를 구성했습니다.

Session 1에서는 Mr. Ben Lim 강사의 풍부한 PM/CM 실무 경험을 바탕으로 Navisworks 기반 현장 관리 사례를 공유하며 수강생들과 활발한 Interaction을 이끌어냈고, 실제 문제 해결 중심의 접근으로 높은 만족도를 이끌어냈습니다.

Session 2에서는 ‘Copilot에서 Autopilot으로의 전환’이라는 큰 흐름 아래, BIM이 단순한 모델을 넘어 의사결정을 실행하는 시스템으로 진화하는 방향을 제시하며 다양한 영감과 인사이트를 전달했습니다.

Session 3에서는 Revit 기반 Hands-on 실습을 통해 BIM 모델링과 데이터 활용을 직접 경험하며, 현재와 미래의 Project Owner 및 Project Manager가 반드시 이해해야 할 BIM 활용 역량을 체득하는 시간을 가졌습니다.
앞으로도 BasisSoft는 BIM과 AI 기반 Digital Transformation을 선도하며, 실무에 바로 적용 가능한 가치를 지속적으로 전달해 나갈 예정입니다.

BasisSoft, Inc. delivered a special lecture titled “BIM for Project Owners” on 26th May at KINGS (KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School), as part of Professor Woo-yong Jung’s NPP Construction Project Management course.

Following the strong response to the same seminar held in November last year, this year’s session was delivered again upon request.

The five-hour programme was conducted entirely in English and brought together real-world practice, future vision, and hands-on experience—generating strong engagement from participants.

The seminar featured Mr. Ben Lim, BIM Manager at BasisSG in Singapore, Mr. Jangyub Ma (Director at BasisSG), and Mr. Sunjoo Cho, a Revit add-on developer from the headquarters.

Session 1, led by Mr. Ben Lim, was highly interactive, drawing on his extensive PM/CM experience to share practical Navisworks-based project management and actively engage participants.

Session 2 introduced a powerful framework—the transition from Copilot to Autopilot—offering both inspiration and insight into how BIM is evolving from a modelling tool into a system that supports and executes project decisions.

Session 3 provided hands-on Revit exercises, allowing participants to experience BIM modelling and data utilisation first-hand, and to strengthen their understanding of how BIM can be effectively applied by current and future project owners and project managers.

BasisSoft will continue to lead BIM-driven digital transformation and deliver practical value that connects technology with real project ex*****on.

베이시스소프트(대표 안준상,최재웅)는 지난 12일 앰배서더 서울 풀만 호텔에서 열린 Bentley Innovation Day Seoul에 공식 파트너사로 참가해, 국내 인프라 분야의 디지털 전환을 선도하는 기술 적용 사례와 미래 워크플로우 전략을 발표했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 Bentley Systems 코리아가 주최한 대규모 인프라 디지털 혁신 컨퍼런스로, ‘인프라 디지털 워크플로우의 미래 – 데이터 통합부터 4D 시공, 시뮬레이션까지’를 주제로 진행됐다. 행사에서는 지반 데이터 관리, GeoBIM, 디지털 트윈, 4D 공정 관리 등 설계·시공·운영 전 주기를 연결하는 데이터 기반 인프라 워크플로우가 주요 의제로 다뤄졌다.

베이시스소프트는 이번 행사에서 오전·오후 세션에 걸쳐 총 두 건의 기술 발표를 진행하며, 지반 데이터부터 현실 모델링, 디지털 트윈 구축까지 이어지는 통합 기술 역량을 선보였다.

오전 세션에서는 안준상 대표가 ‘Seequent의 Leapfrog 및 지반 기술 분석을 통한 디지털 혁신 시연’을 주제로 발표를 진행했다.

안 대표는 Seequent의 Leapfrog 솔루션을 활용한 3D 지질 모델링 결과를 BIM 환경과 연계하는 GeoBIM 통합 방법론을 소개하고, 국내 인프라 프로젝트에 적용된 실제 구축 사례를 공유했다.

특히 지반 데이터를 단순 조사·보관 수준에서 벗어나 설계와 시공 전 단계의 의사결정에 활용하는 데이터 기반 워크플로우를 제시하며, 프로젝트 초기 단계에서 지반 리스크를 선제적으로 예측·관리할 수 있는 실질적 방안을 제시해 주목을 받았다.


오후 세션에서는 베이시스소프트 고광우 팀장은 ‘iTwin Capture: 현실에서 디지털로, 더 빠르고 정확하게’를 주제로 발표를 진행했다.

고 팀장은 드론 및 3D 스캐너로 취득한 현장 데이터를 기반으로 정밀한 디지털 현실 모델을 구현하는 iTwin Capture의 핵심 기능과 활용 전략을 소개했다.

발표에서는 iTwin Capture의 기술 개요를 비롯해 현실 모델의 활용 목적, 적용 범위, 그리고 베이시스소프트가 직접 수행한 주요 프로젝트 사례가 함께 공개됐다. 이를 통해 디지털 트윈 구축과 인프라 자산 관리에서 현실 모델이 갖는 전략적 가치와, 현장 데이터를 신속하고 정확하게 디지털 자산으로 전환하는 기술적 경쟁력을 입증했다.

이번 컨퍼런스를 통해 베이시스소프트는 Bentley Systems 및 Seequent 생태계 내에서 국내 인프라 디지털 전환을 이끄는 핵심 파트너로서의 입지를 다시 한번 확인했다. 특히 지반 데이터 관리(OpenGround, Leapfrog), GeoBIM 통합, iTwin 기반 디지털 트윈 구축까지 이어지는 폭넓은 기술 포트폴리오를 국내외 전문가들에게 직접 선보였다는 점에서 의미를 더했다.

베이시스소프트와 경동엔지니어링이 공동 운영하는 CDG(Computational Design Group)가 인프라 구조물 설계 자동화 기술의 혁신적 성과를 발표했다.

CDG는 2025년 개최된 'Click BIM 성과발표회'를 통해 암거, 교각, 교대, NATM 터널 등 주요 구조물의 설계 기준과 철근 배근 로직을 BIM에 내재화한 자동화 기술 개발 성과를 공개했다.
이번 발표는 도로·교량·터널 등 인프라 구조물을 대상으로 한 전면 BIM 설계 자동화 체계 구축 연구의 중간 성과로, 구조 설계 논리를 디지털화해 반복 가능한 자동화 로직으로 구현하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
CDG는 2024년부터 주요 인프라 구조물을 대상으로 설계 기준, 철근 배치 원칙, 피복·정착·이음 조건을 분석해 배근 자동화를 위한 기본 로직을 단계적으로 개발해 왔다.

Excel 기반 입력 데이터 체계를 통해 설계 정보를 구조화하고, BIM 환경에서 형상 및 철근 모델을 자동 생성하는 방식으로 자동화 기술을 구축했다. 초기에는 Bentley GenerativeComponents를 활용했으나, 이후 Autodesk Revit-Dynamo 환경으로 전환해 실무 적용성과 범용성을 강화했다.
특히 편경사, 사각(skew), 단차 등 실제 설계에서 빈번하게 발생하는 조건을 고려한 모델링 기법을 개발해 현장 적용 가능성을 높인 점이 주목할 만하다. 일부 기술은 현재 한국도로공사 고속도로 사업에 실제 적용되고 있다.

2025년부터 CDG는 개별 자동화 모듈을 통합 관리하기 위한 BIM 자동화 플랫폼 구축 단계에 착수했다. 플랫폼에는 자동화 모듈 관리, UI 기반 데이터 입력, Add-in 방식 기능 확장, 보안(암호화) 기능, 도면 및 수량 자동산출과 3D Dimension 기능이 포함된다.

CDG는 이를 통해 자동화 기술을 단발성 도구가 아닌, 지속적으로 확장 가능한 구조 설계 지원 체계로 발전시키는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

CDG (Computational Design Group), jointly operated by BasisSoft and Kyeongdong Engineering, has announced groundbreaking achievements in infrastructure structure design automation technology.

Through the 'Click BIM Achievement Presentation' held in 2025, CDG unveiled the results of developing automation technology that embeds design standards and rebar arrangement logic for major structures such as culverts, piers, abutments, and NATM tunnels into BIM.

This presentation represents interim results of research into establishing a comprehensive BIM design automation system for infrastructure structures including roads, bridges, and tunnels, focusing on digitizing structural design logic and implementing it as repeatable automation logic.

Since 2024, CDG has been systematically developing basic logic for rebar arrangement automation by analyzing design standards, rebar placement principles, and cover/anchorage/splice conditions for major infrastructure structures.

The automation technology was built by structuring design information through an Excel-based input data system and automatically generating geometry and rebar models in the BIM environment. Initially utilizing Bentley GenerativeComponents, the system later transitioned to the Autodesk Revit-Dynamo environment to enhance practical applicability and versatility.

Notably, the development of modeling techniques that account for conditions frequently encountered in actual design—such as superelevation, skew, and level differences—has significantly increased field applicability. Some of these technologies are currently being applied to Korea Expressway Corporation highway projects.

Starting in 2025, CDG embarked on building a BIM automation platform to integrate and manage individual automation modules. The platform includes automation module management, UI-based data input, Add-in functionality expansion, security (encryption) features, and automatic drawing and quantity calculation with 3D dimension capabilities.

Through this initiative, CDG aims to evolve automation technology from a one-time tool into a continuously expandable structural design support system.

2025년 12월 9일, 베이시스소프트는 Bentley Systems가 주관한 ‘Year in Infrastructure 2025 – Going Digital Awards Regional Recognition Korea’ 세미나에 초청되어 기술 발표를 진행했다.

YII(Going Digital Awards in Infrastructure)는 전 세계 인프라·건설 엔지니어링 분야 전문가들이 한 해 동안 벤틀리 소프트웨어를 활용해 수행한 우수 프로젝트를 선정·시상하는 Bentley Systems의 대표적인 국제 행사다. 글로벌 인프라 산업의 최신 기술 동향과 혁신 사례를 공유하는 자리로 매년 높은 관심을 받고 있다.

이번 한국 지역 행사는 이러한 YII의 연장선에서 마련된 프로그램으로, 국내 기업들이 실제 프로젝트에서 벤틀리 소프트웨어를 활용한 적용 사례를 중심으로 발표를 진행했다. 또한 Bentley Systems는 AI 기술을 접목한 차세대 제품 업그레이드 방향과 기술 개발 로드맵을 공개해 디지털 인프라 분야의 향후 발전 가능성을 제시했다.

YII (Going Digital Awards in Infrastructure) is Bentley Systems’ flagship international event that recognizes and awards outstanding projects carried out over the year using Bentley software in the global infrastructure and construction engineering sectors. It attracts significant attention every year as a platform for sharing the latest technology trends and innovation cases in the global infrastructure industry.

The Korea regional event was organized as an extension of YII, featuring presentations by leading domestic companies on real-world project applications of Bentley software. Bentley Systems also unveiled its roadmap for next-generation product upgrades and technology development incorporating AI, highlighting the future potential of digital infrastructure.

At this event, BasisSoft CEO Junsang Ahn delivered a presentation titled “Automation of Soft Ground Consolidation Analysis Based on Bentley PLAXIS API,” introducing a soft ground design automation program developed using Python.

This solution is built on the PLAXIS API to enable more efficient soft ground design and is particularly characterized by its automated analysis and design capabilities optimized for very soft ground conditions. Through this presentation, BasisSoft once again demonstrated its technological innovation capabilities in the field of digital geotechnical engineering.
