We would like to introduce a case where I checked the dimensional accuracy between data using PointShape Inspector, an inspection software developed by DreamTNS Co., Ltd.

"Dimensional Accuracy Evaluation of Temporary Dental Restorations with Different 3D Printing Systems"

As a topic, it was necessary to check the deviation between the data in evaluating the dimensional accuracy of temporary tooth repair using various 3D printing.

안녕하세요. PointShape 입니다. 오늘은 반복적으로 롤링되면서 맞닿는면에 마찰로인해 마모가 발생하는 부분의 편차를 비교 해 보려고 합니다. 산업 기계에서의 마모는 대부분 엔진, 모터등의 축운동을 하는 기계에서 나타나는데요. 마모가 일어난 상태로 교체없이 장시간 사용하게 된다면 기계가 오작동을 일으키는 원인이 될 수 있습니다. 따라서 주기적으로 마모가 일어나는 부분은 기간을 정해 마모율을 체크하고 장비를 교체해주어야 하는데요. 주로 마모가 일어나는 위치는 마치 선반이나 밀링기계로 절삭한것처럼 다른위치의 표면과 다르게 변해있는것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
