#कोरियामा रहनुभएका प्रबाशी मजदुरहरुको निमित्त यही 2016 october महिनाबाट लागुहुने नया नियम सम्बन्धि सूचना :-

1.) कामगर्दै गरेको कम्पनीले कुनैपनि कारण देखाएर जब सेन्टरमा retirement paper पठाएमा सम्बन्धित कामदारको मोबाइलमा 한국고용정보원 बाट SMS पठाइने छ I
SMS विवरण यसप्रकारको हुनेछ-
" [ JOB CENTER ] 현 근무 사업장에서의 고용변동신고 처리완료. 자세한 내용은 고용센터에 문의바랍니다."
एदी तपैहरुको मोबाइल मा एस्तो म्यासेज आएमा ३०दिन भित्र job center मा उपस्थित हुनुपर्नेछ l
नियम लागु भएको मिति : २०१६.१०.४ तारिक देखि I

2.) काम छोडेर नया कम्पनिको खोजीमा रहेका हरुले एक पटकमा एकै प्रान्तमा रहेको एक भन्दा धेरै JOB CENTER रोज्न पाउनेछन l
उदाहरणको लागि-
ख्यंगी प्रान्तमा काम गर्न मन लाग्योभने 경기도 मा रहेको jobcenter 안산, 시흥, 평택, 화성, 수원, 용인, 성남, 이천, 경기광주, 안양,광명, 부천, 김포, 의정부, 동두천, 구리, 남양주, 고양 रोज्न सक्नु हुनेछ भने सबै एरिया बाट नया कम्पनीको म्यासेज दिने हुदा धेरै म्यासेज प्राप्त गर्नुको साथै चाडो भन्दा चाडो नया कम्पनीमा agreement गर्न सहज हुने भएको छ I
यो निएम लागु हुने मिति :- २०१६.१०.२८ सुक्रबार देखि l
