Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the software industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues, with a basic understanding of ERP, HR, or clinic management systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
